This card always gets good compliments. Polka dot pattern on top and bottom is just a thin strip from a full polka dot sheet of paper. The card border, as well as the 3 background pieces are inked with brown; the same ink color as the large circles. Inked flower and 'congratulations' are in green. A cream silk flower and green brad tie it all together.
