I love this card! It is so easy to make and it turns out looking great every time! Just take any flowered print with two coordinating solid colors, each 1/4" bigger per side than the piece that will sit on top. All edges are inked with a coordinating color. The flowers were from a punch, and are held on by brads. 'Congratulations' was a stamp, so it could easily be swapped out for any saying you want.
