I made this card FOREVER ago at a Stampin' Up distributors house.
It is on a thick piece of cardstock, and the only part of the card that opens is the flap under the flower...
(Don't ask me why I used the word "sparkle"...)
The actual note is supposed to be written on the back of the green paper.
Kind of a cool idea...
